Our tapas menu pairs perfectly with our fine wines. All menu items are meant to be shared, are delivered fresh to your table over the course of your stay.

 

Please note, we are NOT a resturant but a vineyard that offers a select tapas menu. No two items come out at the same time.

Warm Olives

Bavarian Pretzel

served with two artisan mustard dipping sauces

Artichoke Formaggio

grilled long-stem artichoke hearts, sautéed in garlic & oil, smothered in melted mozzarella cheese & sprinkled with homemade bread crumbs

Hummus & Crostini

homemade hummus made with chickpea and cannellini beans, blended with fire roasted red peppers, served with a seasonal vegetable and toasted crostini **

Shrimp Cocktail

chilled shrimp with classic cocktail sauce and lemon*

Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil

freshly made mozzarella with roma tomatoes, basil, extra virgin olive oil, caramelized onions & toasted bread **

Casear Salad

add chicken or shrimp for a upcharge

crisp romaine & grated parmesan tossed with a traditional caesar dressing served with a toasted crostini  **

Artisan Meat &

Cheese Platter

imported cheeses, assorted Italian meats, fig jam, mini sweet peppers, caper berries and marcona almonds served with fresh Italian bread with a touch of extra virgin olive oil**

 

Imported Cheese Board
