Reserve our Tuscan Room for private bookings.

  • The indoor room can be booked for a minimum of 10 people with a maximum of 20 people.

  • The Tuscan room is designed to be a private vineyard experience for small gatherings or celebrations.

  • The room is available during our designated seating times for 2.5 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot change the seating times or extend the reservation time.​​ A charge of $250 will be automatically charged to any parties that exceed the 2.5-hour room rental. Guests are available 10 minutes prior to the seating for set-up. 

  • The room rental fee is $350 with a $500 food & beverage minimum. A designated private server for you and your guests is provided to ensure exceptional service. An additional $100 private service and coordination fee as well as a 20% gratuity is added to the final bill. 

  • Our tapas menu and monthly specials are available for order. All orders are taken at the time of the seating. Pre-ordering is not an option. 

  • A credit card is required upon booking. If there is a no show or failure to cancel the reservation within 24 hours via email to events@delvinovineyards.com, a $250 nonrefundable charge will be incurred by the guest.

  • You are welcome to bring an outside dessert, but it must remain in the room. Outside food is not permitted in our kitchen facility. Small floral arrangements and balloons are allowed. Delivery of cakes, flowers or balloons must only be accepted by the guest at the time of the reservation.
