What You Need To Know
We are now booking events six months from today's date.

Rooms are available during our designated seating times for 2.5 hours. At time of booking, an extension of time may be available. Additional fees apply.

You can bring an outside dessert, but it must remain in the room. Outside food is not permitted in our kitchen facility.

Small floral arrangements and balloons are allowed. Delivery of cakes, flowers, or balloons must only be accepted by the guest at the time of the reservation.
Room Rental Fees
​The rental fee is $1,500, with an additional $350 private service fee. NYS tax & 20 % auto-gratuity will be added to the final bill. There is a $1000 required spending minimum. This is considered the Upper Room A La Carte option. With this option, cases of wine can be purchased. Each case has 12 bottles or 48 glasses of wine. Each case of assorted non-reserve wine is $585.
We do offer a price per head menu option as well , The Gatsby Style Affair. This is a 3 hour event with open bar as well as a variety of our menu options. It is $125pp (required 25 person minimum) in addition to the rental fee. There is an additional $1500 site fee, $350 private service charge as well as NYS tax and 20% auto-gratuity on the final bill.
A credit card is required upon booking. If there is a no-show or failure to cancel the reservation within 7 days via email to events@delvinovineyards.com, the guest will incur a $500 nonrefundable charge.
